The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, usa93 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate all balances therein.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address, full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents, date of birth, and a current Indonesian contact number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login details with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. usa93 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify usa93 immediately at [email protected]. Prompt reporting is essential to limit potential losses and initiate account security protocols.
3.5 usa93 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
4.1 All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request is processed. usa93 may also request verification at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle, including upon registration, following unusual account activity, or when processing large transactions.
4.2 The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method.
5.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. usa93 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account that does not match the registered Player name may be reversed and the Player's account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 usa93 is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems. During Indonesian bank public holidays, off-hours, or scheduled maintenance windows, processing times may be extended beyond the standard 5-minute window.
5.5 Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or recipient details) are subject to review. usa93 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine deposit errors but cannot guarantee recovery of funds that have been credited in error due to third-party payment system limitations.
6.1 Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no published maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though usa93 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
6.3 usa93 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1-24 hours for standard requests during business days. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays, weekends, or periods of high transaction volume. These are target times, not guaranteed commitments.
6.4 usa93 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which usa93 accepts no responsibility.
6.5 usa93 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violation.
7.1 From time to time, usa93 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, or VIP tier benefits to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should read all promotional terms carefully before opting in.
7.3 Bonuses are awarded at usa93's sole discretion. usa93 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the published withdrawal conditions.
8.1 All games available on usa93 are provided by third-party game studios. The rules governing individual games are determined by the respective studios and are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing bets.
8.2 usa93 offers sports betting on domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup. Betting markets including mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple matches) and voor bola (Asian handicap lines) are available on eligible fixtures.
8.3 All bets are final once confirmed. usa93 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the system, except in cases where an event is voided or cancelled in accordance with standard sporting rules.
8.4 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds being displayed, usa93 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. usa93 will not be liable for any losses arising from bets placed on erroneous odds.
8.5 Lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets follow the official draw results published by the respective issuing bodies. Any dispute regarding draw outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the draw result being published on the platform.
8.6 usa93 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any market, event, or Player account at its discretion and without prior notice.
